At MOTH, we work directly with small-batch producers to ensure minimal time between production and delivery. All items are stored in temperature-controlled environments and shipped in vacuum-sealed or eco-friendly insulated packaging where necessary.
Where do you ship and what are the costs?
We currently ship nationwide. Shipping is free on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $7.99 applies to ensure your artisanal goods are handled with care.
Can I return food items if I change my mind?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
